Welcome to GRANVILLE CAPITAL LTD. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and associated services, which include a wide range of offerings such as access to online gaming experiences, hotel reservation services, private jet charters, commercial airline ticketing, custom tour planning, safari packages, and travel and luxury consultancy services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GRANVILLE CAPITAL LTD. By using any portion of our Services, you affirm that you understand these Terms, have read them in full, and agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of the Terms outlined herein, please refrain from using our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

In order to access or use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be barred from accessing our Services under any applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions programs.
• You must ensure that any and all information you provide to us during the registration, booking, or consultation process is accurate, current, and complete.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual or entity at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to the violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

3.1 Online Games

We offer a variety of online games for entertainment and educational purposes, some of which may simulate travel experiences. These games are offered as part of our platform and may be accessed through web or mobile applications. No real-money gambling or wagering is involved unless explicitly stated and operated in accordance with applicable legal jurisdictions.

3.2 Hotel Bookings

We provide hotel booking services through affiliations with third-party booking engines, global distribution systems, and direct hotel partnerships. We are not the provider of hotel services and cannot guarantee room availability, quality, or specific accommodation features. Booking confirmations, refund policies, and any changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotels.

3.3 Private Jet Charters

Private air transportation is arranged through licensed charter operators and brokers. All flight arrangements are contingent upon aircraft availability, weather conditions, crew schedules, and applicable aviation regulations. Clients are required to review and accept the operator's charter agreement prior to flight. Additional costs, such as airport landing fees and catering, may apply.

3.4 Commercial Flights

Flight reservations are conducted through IATA-approved agents and APIs. Airfare is dynamic and subject to change until payment is confirmed. Clients must adhere to the airline's fare rules, including luggage restrictions, check-in deadlines, and rebooking penalties. We shall not be responsible for schedule changes, delays, or cancellations initiated by airlines.

3.5 Custom Tours and Safari Experiences

Custom tour planning includes curated itineraries, accommodation, transport, guides, and activity scheduling. Safari experiences may involve travel to remote areas with limited infrastructure. Clients acknowledge the risks associated with such travel, including interaction with wildlife, variable weather, and medical limitations. We require acknowledgment of liability waivers prior to departure.

3.6 Travel and Luxury Consultation

Our consultants provide bespoke travel advisory services tailored to individual preferences. This may include VIP event access, exclusive reservations, personal shopping, and security services. While we endeavor to deliver premium services, we do not guarantee availability or fulfillment of third-party vendor offers.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using our Services. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Providing truthful and updated personal and payment information.
• Ensuring you possess all necessary travel documents including passports, visas, and medical certificates.
• Respecting cultural norms and legal statutes of your destination.
• Conducting yourself in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner while engaging in travel experiences.

⚠️ Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of booked services without refund.

• In the Contract, in addition to the services from the Program, the Organizer shall include any specific requests from the Traveler that the Organizer has expressly agreed to and offer the Traveler travel health insurance for the duration of the trip abroad.
• The Organizer shall pay the proportional real difference between the agreed price and the reduced price of the trip, proportionally to the non-performance or incomplete performance of the Contract (hereinafter: Price Reduction), in response to a timely and justified written complaint -- claim made by the Traveler, in accordance with the law and these General Terms, except when the failure to perform the Contract occurred due to the Traveler's fault or is attributable to a third party who was not an agreed-upon direct service provider in the execution of the Program, due to force majeure or unforeseen events beyond the Organizer's control, whose consequences are unavoidable despite due care or other events the Organizer could not foresee or overcome.
• In accordance with good business practices in this area, the Organizer shall take care of the Traveler's rights and interests.
• Before the trip, the Organizer shall provide the name, address, and phone number of the local representative or the local partner agency, or if unavailable, the name, address, and phone number of the Organizer for necessary assistance to the Traveler.
• The Organizer is not responsible for services provided to the Traveler by other parties outside of the Program.
• All oral and any other types of information that differ from those contained in the Program, the Contract, or a Special Contract, and these General Terms, do not bind the Organizer and cannot be grounds for a complaint or claim by the Traveler.

The Traveler, as well as all individuals listed in the Contract, must thoroughly familiarize themselves with the Program and the General Terms, specify any Special Requests not covered by the published Program, pay the agreed price under the terms, deadlines, and manner provided in the Contract, and provide the Organizer with accurate and complete information and documents required for organizing the trip in a timely manner.

The Traveler guarantees that they, their documents, luggage, or any other items comply with the regulations of the country of origin, transit, and destination (customs, border, sanitary, monetary, and other regulations). The Traveler must compensate for any damage caused to direct service providers or third parties by violating legal and other regulations, as well as these General Terms.

The Traveler must designate another person to travel in their place in a timely manner, compensate the Organizer for the actual costs incurred by the substitution, and be jointly responsible for any unpaid portion of the agreed price. The Traveler must immediately and without delay submit a justified complaint in writing to the Organizer or to the individuals named in the travel documentation at the location.

Prior to concluding the contract, the Traveler must obtain information from the website applicable and other sources about countries considered to be of high or moderate risk. The Traveler must also inquire with the authorized representatives of the Organizer about the exact departure and return times at least 24 hours but no earlier than 48 hours before the trip.

All services listed in the Program imply standard services of average quality, typical and specific to certain destinations, places, and facilities. In case the Traveler desires services outside the Program, a Special Agreement must be concluded.

The Organizer is not responsible for descriptions of services in catalogues, publications, or on the websites of Agents or direct service providers (e.g., hotels, carriers, and others), unless the Traveler has been explicitly referred to them by the Organizer. The Organizer is only responsible for the descriptions of services contained in its own Programs or on its website, and any obvious printing or calculation errors give the Organizer the right to contest the Contract.

Accommodation facilities, transportation means, and other services are described according to the official categorization of the host country at the time of the Program's publication. They vary and are not comparable between destinations, nor even within the same destination. The food, comfort, and quality of service depend primarily on the price of the arrangement, the chosen destination, and the categorization according to local and national regulations, and are beyond the Organizer's control and influence.

⚠️ The start and end dates of the trip determined by the Program do not imply the Traveler's full-day stay at the accommodation or destination.

The time of the Traveler's arrival or departure, as well as check-in and check-out from the accommodation, is determined by border procedures, road conditions, government permits, technical and weather conditions, or force majeure that may affect the departure times of flights or other transportation methods, over which the Organizer has no control, and therefore the Organizer bears no responsibility in such cases.

8.1. Accommodation

Unless otherwise specifically agreed:

• The Traveler will be accommodated in any officially registered accommodation unit in the facility described in the Program, regardless of the Traveler's preferences, the location and position of the facility, floor level, proximity to noise, parking, and other characteristics.
• The Traveler's check-in at the facility will be no earlier than 16:00 on the day the service begins, and check-out will be no later than 09:00 on the day the service ends.
• The Traveler is not entitled to a refund for occasional or early departure from the accommodation facility, whether self-initiated or caused by the Traveler's fault, nor for the cost of hotel services or transportation.
• Triple and quadruple accommodation units (rooms, studios, apartments, etc.) in accordance with the categorization and regulations of the host country are generally based on a standard double room with one or two extra beds, which are typically folding beds made of wood or metal, which may significantly reduce the quality of accommodation.
• The operation of air conditioning in accommodation facilities varies depending on the destination and the facility, and continuous operation of the system for 24 hours is not guaranteed.

8.2. Meals

Unless otherwise specifically agreed:

• The variety, quality of food, and meal service primarily depend on the price of the arrangement, the category of the facility, the destination, and local customs, regardless of whether the service is buffet-style or table service (menu).
• The ALL INCLUSIVE or ALL INC. LIGHT service, or any similar service, is provided according to the internal rules of the hotel and does not have to be identical even within the same category at the same destination.
• Breakfast, unless otherwise specified in the Program, implies a continental breakfast.

8.3. Transportation

Unless otherwise specifically agreed:

• Transportation and transfers are carried out by standard tourist buses or other vehicles according to the regulations and criteria applicable in the country where the carrier hired by the Organizer is registered.
• Toilets are not available for use on buses during travel unless otherwise approved. The Traveler is required to compensate for any damage caused by their negligence in the vehicle on the spot.
• The Traveler is obliged to behave appropriately in the vehicle and comply with traffic regulations and passenger transport rules.
• The travel route, breaks, locations, and the duration of the breaks are determined by the guide-driver.

All services must be paid in full prior to confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made through approved credit cards, wire transfers, and certified digital wallets. Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transfer surcharges are the responsibility of the client.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings for which payment is not received within the specified time frame. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Article 7: Payment of the price

1. Except if expressly agreed otherwise, the traveller pays, at the signing of the order form as an advance, a portion of the total amount as specified in the special conditions.
2. If the passenger after receiving notice of default, fails to advance or pay the fare demanded of him, the travel organizer and / or the travel agent shall be entitled to terminate the contract with the traveller, with the cost being worn by the traveller.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in the order, the traveller pays the balance of the price no later than one month before the departure date, provided that he received written travel confirmation and / or travel documentation in advance or at the same time.

⚠️ Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to authorities.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked:

• Hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective property. No-shows or late cancellations may incur full charges.
• Private jet charters are typically non-refundable due to high fixed costs. Changes may incur penalties or may not be possible.
• Airline tickets are governed by fare rules and may not be refundable or changeable without a fee.
• Custom tours and safari packages often involve non-refundable deposits paid to local providers.
• Consultation services are time-based and non-refundable once the session has been delivered or scheduled.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.

Under no circumstances shall Granville Capital Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not assume liability for acts of God, force majeure events, government restrictions, or actions of third parties including airlines, hotels, and tour providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Granville Capital Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and will process such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

We collect personal information such as names, contact details, travel preferences, and payment information solely for the purpose of service delivery. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In the event of any disputes arising from or related to the use of our Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration body.

The arbitration shall take place in the designated jurisdiction, and the decision rendered shall be final and binding. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

1. The tour operator is not liable for unforeseen events, such as new regulations, accidents, epidemics, war, etc., examples of which the list is not exhaustive, so that additional transport or accommodation expenses resulting from the above are on the behalf of the traveller.
2. This brochure was prepared according to data that was known to us 6 months before it was published. If changes occur in operation, facilities and services of the products we will immediately communicate them after being notified ourselves.
3. The tour operator is not liable for damages to property, other than personal injury, which the traveller suffered due to his fault In the event the tour operator is liable for any bodily harm the traveller has suffered, he shall compensate the traveller with the compensation being not more than twice the price of the trip.

1. In the event of a dispute, the parties must first seek an amicable settlement.
2. If this attempt at an amicable settlement within a period of 3 months doesn't work out, each of the parties are entitled to ask the Secretariat of the Reconciliation Unit to launch a reconciliation process. All parties have to agree.
3. The Secretariat shall provide the parties with a brochure, reconciliation regulations and a "reconciliation agreement". Once the parties concerned have completed this agreement (together or separately) and signed, and once each party has paid an amount the reconciliation procedure will be started.
4. In accordance with the procedure described in the regulations, an impartial arbitrator will then contact the parties to pursue an equitable reconciliation between the parties.
5. Any agreement reached will be set out in a binding written agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the designated courts, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. Such changes may include updates to features, pricing, or availability. Continued use of our Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Granville Capital Ltd regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and the Company, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
