By using any portion of our Services, you affirm that you understand these Terms, have read them in full, and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

To access or use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Not be barred from accessing our Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

3.1 Online Games

3.2 Hotel Bookings

Hotel booking services through third-party engines and direct partnerships. We cannot guarantee room availability or quality.

3.3 Private Jet Charters

Private air transportation arranged through licensed operators. Subject to aircraft availability and weather conditions.

3.4 Commercial Flights

Flight reservations through IATA-approved agents. Airfare is dynamic and subject to change until payment is confirmed.

3.5 Custom Tours and Safari Experiences

Curated itineraries including accommodation, transport, guides, and activities. Safari experiences may involve risks in remote areas.

3.6 Travel and Luxury Consultation

Bespoke travel advisory services including VIP access, exclusive reservations, and personal shopping.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• Providing truthful and updated information
• Ensuring you possess necessary travel documents
• Respecting cultural norms and legal statutes
• Conducting yourself safely and lawfully

⚠️ Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

The Organizer shall:

• Include specific traveler requests that have been expressly agreed to
• Offer travel health insurance for trips abroad
• Pay proportional price reductions for non-performance or incomplete performance
• Take care of traveler's rights and interests in accordance with good business practices
• Provide local representative contact information before the trip

Note: The Organizer is not responsible for services provided by other parties outside of the Program.

The Traveler must:

• Thoroughly familiarize themselves with the Program and General Terms
• Pay the agreed price under specified terms and deadlines
• Provide accurate and complete information for trip organization
• Ensure compliance with all country regulations (customs, border, sanitary, monetary)
• Compensate for any damage caused by violating regulations
• Submit complaints in writing immediately and without delay
• Inquire about departure and return times 24-48 hours before the trip

All services must be paid in full prior to confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Approved credit cards
• Wire transfers
• Certified digital wallets

Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and transfer surcharges are the client's responsibility.

⚠️ Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to authorities.

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Hotel reservations: Subject to property's cancellation policy
• Private jet charters: Typically non-refundable due to high fixed costs
• Airline tickets: Governed by fare rules, may not be refundable
• Custom tours: Often involve non-refundable deposits
• Consultation services: Non-refundable once delivered or scheduled

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.

Under no circumstances shall Granville Capital Ltd be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages
• Acts of God or force majeure events
• Government restrictions
• Actions of third parties (airlines, hotels, tour providers)

⚠️ This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the designated courts, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
